Skincare Review: Shills Acne Purifying Peel-off Black Mask
I’m a little obsessed with watching people removing black peel-off face masks, as is the rest of the internet… so I was really excited to try this Christmas present out.
If you look for reviews and videos online surrounding the Shills Acne Purifying Peel-off Black Mask (it’s quite hard to find online), you’ll see a lot of negativity surrounding the fact that it feels a bit like an entire face wax… and they’re not completely wrong.
The mask is fairly aggressive on the skin due to it’s ‘peel-off’ nature, so it’s perhaps not a suitable choice for sensitive skin.
HOWEVER, if you simply apply this mask to the t-zone/problem areas, for the stated amount of time and gradually ease it away from the skin with both hands, you’re going to be wowed by the results.
My nose and chin look SO refreshed after every application, for the mere fact that my blackheads are entirely removed – you can’t necessarily see the pores in the face mask once it’s off, but you can certainly see pore indents.
As a whole, I’d say this is a great product with a few minor issues – a definite investment if you’re looking for a hardy face mask which produces instant results!
