Maybelline White Master Ink / Maybelline Black Precise Curvy Eyeliner review

As you’re already aware, I was recently invited to join the UK Maybelline squad and sent a trunk of goodies. I’ve been meaning to review a number of these products for you guys for such a long time now, so I thought it was finally time to reveal my ‘hits and misses’!

Starting with two great Maybelline eyeliners, one white and the other black…

Maybelline White Master InkMaybelline Master Ink in white is perfect for creating a bold look; an ideal choice for those standout contrast looks which are so frequently trending within the Instagram scene these days. Although a little ‘cakey’ when heavily applied, this product is extremely easy to apply.

I’d advise creating a free-hand wing with this liner, to avoid a flakey finish when the tape is removed – the good news is that the brush point is sharp and allows a precise application.

Maybelline Black Precise Curvy EyelinerOn the other hand, the Maybelline Black Precise Curvy eyeliner has a more defined, thicker point but provides a slick application thanks to it’s ‘felt-tip effect’ nib. Don’t be fooled by this felt-like finish, this product will not dry out within the day (as long as you keep the lid sealed).

In fact, this black eyeliner has fast become my go-to product, and has in fact replaced the Rimmel Exaggerate liner which has been repeatedly repurchased and stored within my makeup bag for numerous years now. It’s safe to say that this is a must-have liner.
