If you’re anything like me, you’ll own two make-up bags…
One with all the old reject make-up and one with all the new stuff that you wear on a daily basis.
Okay, so I probably shouldn’t admit to this… BUT I don’t tend to follow the ‘sell by date’ where eyeshadows are concerned, which is why I reached to my make-up bag yesterday to create this look.
If you have any old eyeshadows, I highly suggest thinking about how they could be blended with your newest colours! In my opinion, it’s the technique and brush that makes the eye look complete – just as much as the quality of the product.
To create this autumnal look, I used a vibrant orange shade from my old Accessorize palette and blended it into a really old shimmering champagne/gold pigment that I had in a loose pot (similar to Naked ‘Champagne’ but much more glittery)… I’m not even sure where this emerged from! Completed by a touch of Benefit ‘Kiss Me I’m Tipsy’ along the cut crease, liquid eyeliner and mascara.
I love your eyeshadow in this photo!

Thanks love! I’m sure the orange that I used is still available and very cheap 🙂
What? Accessorize made makeup palettes? I had no idea :)))
Love the look 😀

I presume they still do but it’s great! It was sold at boots when I got it, but I expect you can get them in store 🙂 thanks love x
