‘The Original’ Tangle Teezer Review
Suffer with naturally frizzy hair? Does it easily tangle post shower? Will a comb simply not run through it, whether wet or dry?
I’ve found the solution.
All of the above points are applicable to me – with naturally curly and frizzy hair that becomes instantly matted in the shower and unfortunately, has to be brushed while wet.
That was, until I discovered the Tangle Teezer – a product that has gained itself a great deal of praise, both online and in the press, recently.
So was the £10+ price tag worth it? Absolutely.
Whilst the plastic teezing brush looks fairly flimsy, it can take on the most difficult of challenges. Putting ‘the original’ purple and pink ‘professional detangling hairbrush’ to the test, to see whether it really lives up to its ‘cares for the hair you wear’ tagline; I backcombed my hair, hairsprayed and left it for the day – later returning to detangle any knots. Within a few minutes, my hair had returned to its smooth, silky style.
Better still, when I used the teezer on my wet hair to tackle the knotting and tangles, it worked a treat – in just two short minutes.
